Pumpkin Pie


3 cups homemade Pumpkin
1 teasp. Sea Salt
2 teasp. ground Cinnamon
1 teasp. All Spice
1/4 teasp. Cloves
1/4 teasp. Ginger
2 free range Eggs
1/4 cup homemade Yogurt or Sour Cream
1/3 cup raw Honey

Mix all ingredients together in a glass bowl with immersion blender.
Pour mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Serve pie at room temperature with a dallop of sour cream, yogurt or a scoop of homemade ice cream.
