Taco Dip

1 cup homemade Sour Cream
8 ounces homemade Cream Cheese
Dash Sea Salt and white Pepper
Dash Garlic Powder
Cream together and put in 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate while preparing rest of dish.
(Can line pan with parchment paper if desired.  If using glass I do not line pan.)

Prepare 1 lb. Taco Meat (recipe on site)
Let cool.

Chop:
Black Olives
Green Olives
Tomatoes
Lettuce
1 cup red Onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

After sour cream/cream cheese is set up sprinkle chopped lettuce evenly all over top.
Next sprinkle taco meat evenly over lettuce.  Continue sprinkling rest of ingredients.

Enjoy!  This is wonderful with the coconut or almond crackers or nacho’s.  Recipes also found on my website.
