Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups almond flour
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Butter or Lard
1/4 teasp. Sea Salt
1/2 teasp. ground Cinnamon
1 teasp. GAPS legal Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together.
Smooth dough evenly into 9″ pie plate with fingers until crust is formed.
If pie has filling bake crust and filling at the same time according to recipe.
If pie filling does not require baking, bake crust at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and add the no bake pie filling.
