1 cup Coconut Butter (softened)
2-3 TBSP. Coconut Oil (softened)
2 tsp. GF Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 chopped Raisins or Cranberries (or use half and half)
1/2 smashed Banana
2 TBSP. shredded non sweetened Coconut
Mix all ingredients together in Ninja. Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes. Roll into desired size ball. Place on parchment paper in a pan and then put into freezer to harden. Once hardened (about 15 minutes) place in covered container and keep in the refrigerator.
Optional: May roll in coconut or chopped nuts if desired, this is very pretty for holidays.
