Thanksgiving Stuffing

1/2 cup melted grass fed Butter
3 cups chopped Onions
2 1/2 cups chopped Celery
2  cups Turkey Bone Broth
3 cups chopped Apples
1-1 1/2 cups dried Cranberries (preference)
3 teasp. ground Sage
2 teasp. ground Thyme
1/2 teasp. Marjoram
1/4 teasp. black Pepper
1 teasp. Sea Salt
1 loaf GAPS legal bread cut into cubes (cooled)

Steam onions and celery until tender and drain well.
Steam apples in broth until slightly tender.  (Don’t over steam.)
Cut a cooled loaf of GAPS bread into cubes and place in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.  (To dry them out.)
Place bread cubes in large bowl and add spices, onion, celery, melted butter, cranberries, and broth and apples.
Gently fold together and place in a greased 9 x 13 glass pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
