Vegetable Beef Soup

Vegetable Beef Soup

1 quarts of Organic Grass-Fed Beef Stock
2 quarts of Organic Grass-Fed Beef Bone Broth
2 quart of Filtered Water
4 cups of Grass-Fed, Organic Diced or Pulled Beef of Choice (can be roast, steak, etc…)
2 cups of Organic Sliced Carrots
2 cups of Organic Chopped Onions
2 cup of Organic Chopped Celery
2 cups of Organic Fresh or Frozen Peas
2 cups of Organic Fresh Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. of Thyme
1 Tbsp. of Unrefined Sea Salt
1/4 teasp. Black Pepper
4 Bay Leaves
2 Cloves of Minced Garlic or 1-2 Tbsp. of Garlic Powder (to desired liking)
1 teasp. of Rosemary
1/2 cup of Organic Grass-Fed Butter
Place all ingredients in medium stock pot and simmer on low for 2 hours so flavors can season together.
