Butter, Ghee or Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
6 Eggs
3Tablespoons Raw Honey
1/4 tsp. Salt
Preheat waffle iron, grease with coconut oil, ghee or butter.
Mix all ingredients. (Immersion blender works great with coconut flour).
Pour batter evenly into waffle iron. Cook 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
Waffles can be kept warm in 170 degree oven or frozen and reheated in toaster oven.
