8 eggs
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. Coconut Flour
1/4 teasp. ground Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. raw Honey
1/2 Cup Yogurt or Kefir
Healthy Fat for frying
Mix ingredients till smooth. (Immersion blenders work best with coconut flour.)
Put fat into pan and melt on medium heat. Make sure pan is hot and then add 1/8 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on each side usually 2-3 minutes on
each side.
We love to have these with a little homemade raw cream cheese and strawberry syrup.
