1 large organic free range Egg
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 teasp. Sea Salt
2 Tablespoons grass fed butter (softened)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 teasp. Cumin
1 teasp. Cayenne Pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor blend until they are well combined.
Dough will form into a ball.
Place ball on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Place another piece of paper on top of ball and flatten out with hands slightly.
Use a rolling pin to thinly spread batter.
Remove top piece of parchment paper.
Bake crackers for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and score them with a pizza cutter or knife.
Return to oven for 5 more minutes, remove and flip crackers over gently.
Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and enjoy!
