Waldorf Salad


2 cups chopped Celery
1/3 cup chopped Walnuts
2 cups chopped red Apples
1 cup Raisins
2 cups chopped poached Chicken Breast

3/4 cup homemade Mayo
1/4 cup homemade Yogurt
3 TBSP. raw Honey
1 teasp. Mustard

Chop and place ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix dressing in separate bowl and whisking together until well blended.
Pour dressing over salad ingredients and fold together.
Chill for 20 minutes before serving.  Enjoy!
(Might want to gently fold ingredients right before serving, as dressing settles in bottom.)
