1/2 cup of Butter or Ghee
2 cups homemade Pumpkin Puree
1/3 cup Raw Honey
4 Eggs from pastured chickens
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Almond Flour
t teasp. Vanilla
1/2 teasp. ground Ginger
1/8 teasp. ground Cloves
pinch of Nutmeg
pinch of All Spice
1/2 teasp. Sea Salt
Melt butter of ghee in small sauce pan on stove.
Remove from heat and add honey. Cool slightly.
Blend all other ingredients together adding butter and honey last.
Mix well and pour into a greased 7 1/2 x 11 glass pan.
Bake for 45-60 minutes at 325 degrees.
Drizzle with homemade raw sour cream.
