Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

2 cups thawed, chopped frozen Spinach
1 1/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen Artichoke hearts
12 ounces homemade Cream Cheese
1/2 cup homemade Sour Cream
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (additional for garnish on top)
1/2 teasp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 teasp. Sea Salt
2 teasp. Garlic Powder

Steam spinach and artichokes in water until tender and drain well.
Mix remaining ingredients together and fold in artichokes and spinach.
Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a little golden brown on top.  Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.  (Drain any liquid that formed around the edges.)  Stir and top with grated parmesan cheese.

Note:  This dip is also good cold.
