1/4 cup Lard or Butter
1 medium Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
2 cups Bone Broth
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 small bag frozen carrots/pea blend or:
2 cups peeled and chopped carrots
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
1 large fresh cauliflower or 2 bags of frozen cauliflower, thawed
3 slightly scrambled Eggs
3 Tblsp.  Toasted Sesame Oil

Sauté onion and garlic in lard or butter.
Briefly chop cauliflower in a food processor until size of rice. (Using just the pulse button on processor will help so cauliflower does not get too fine.)
Stir in cauliflower.
Add broth, salt, pepper and peas/carrots.
Simmer until liquid is gone and cauliflower is done.
Add slightly scrambled eggs and mix together gently.
Remove from heat and add 3 Tblsp. of toasted sesame oil.
