One Large Bunch of Kale
2 Tbsp. of Melted Coconut Oil
1 teasp. of Unrefined Sea Salt
Wash kale and chop into bite size pieces.
Place in glass bowl and pour coconut oil over kale and coat pieces evenly.
Place kale on unbleached parchment covered cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with sea salt to liking.
Bake 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until desire crispiness.
