Turkey Vegetable Soup
2 quarts Homemade Turkey Broth
1 quart Purified Water
4 cups cooked Free Range Turkey, pulled or chopped
2 cups sliced Carrots
1 cup chopped Onions
1 cup chopped Celery
1 1/2 cups Yellow Beans
1 1/2 cups Green Beans
1 1/2 cups Peas
1 1/2 teasp. Sea Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. of Thyme
6 cloves of Minced Garlic
1 cup Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in large stock pot bring to boil and let simmer for 1 hour.
