GAPS Bread


GAPS Bread (Makes 1 Loaf)

2/3 cup Coconut Flour
1 cup Crispy Almond Flour
1/2 cup plus 3 Tb. butter
8 eggs from Free Range Hens
1 large Tb. of Raw Honey
1 1/2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp. Unrefined Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.  Remove from heat and allow to cool a while.  Then stir in honey and vinegar. Break eggs into medium bowl.  Add salt, baking soda, almond and coconut flour.  Mix together with an immersion blender or mixer.  Then add butter mixture and mix well. Pour batter into a well buttered loaf pan. Bake 300 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
