Fruit Salad

1/8 cup plus 1 TBSP.  Lemon Juice
1/4 cup raw honey
3 TBSP.  Yogurt
1/8 teasp. Sea Salt
6-8 cups chopped Fresh Fruit of choice

Mix lemon juice, honey, yogurt and sea salt in a small bowl.  Place chopped fruit in glass bowl and pour liquid mixture over fruit and fold gently together.  Chill for 20-30 minutes and serve.
