4 Soft or Very Ripe Banana’s
3 cups Almond Flour
1/4 cup Lard or Butter, or Ghee Softened
2/3 cup Raw Honey
1 teasp. Baking Soda
1/2 teasp. Sea Salt
1 teasp. Ground Cinnamon
3 Eggs
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Put into a greased 9 x 13 pan, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
May serve with a dallop of sour cream on top.
