Having a wonderful hot bath or a good soak is not only a wonderful way to relax and unwind, it also extremely cleansing and detoxifying for the body. The detox baths are a great alternative to internal cleansing. Try for 1 or 2 baths a week and take it slow so there is not too many healing reactions in the body.
Alternate Epsom Salt, Baking Soda, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt and seaweed powder.
Use a 1/2 cup of any of the above ingredients
In as hot as bath as can be tolerated
Soak 20 minutes
Rinse body after bath if desired
Note: I like to add a couple drops of lavender oil for a wonderful smell and does help me sleep at night.
