1 Lb. Ground Pork
1/4 Cup Honey
4 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Salt
1 small onion chopped (can mince too if have a picky eater)
2 tsp. Dried Ginger
1/4 tsp. Dried Sage
1/3 tsp. Dried Thyme
1 Tbsp. Mustard
Mix ingredients together in large bowl. (I just use my hands).
Place into a loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
Remove when golden brown on top.
