Hanburger Hotdish

2 lbs. ground grass fed organic Beef
2 cups chopped Onion
2 cups chopped Mushrooms
2 cups frozen Pea’s
2 cups Beef Bone Broth
1 quart stewed Tomatoes (I blend mine in mixer for a smoother texture.)

Brown hamburger and onion in skillet (I prefer cast iron.)
When onions become translucent add mushrooms, pea’s, bone broth and stewed tomato’s.  Mix together well.
Cover and let simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.


This hot dish is extremely easy and quick but very flavorful.
The leftovers freeze well too.
