Hanburger Hotdish

2 lbs. ground Organic Free Range Beef
4 Cups Frozen Peas
2 Cups Chopped Onions
2 Cups Chopped Mushrooms
1 Quart Stewed Tomatoes (May use additional tomatoes if like it a little more moist.)

Brown ground beef and onions in skillet.  (I prefer cast iron.)  When onions become translucent add mushrooms and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Add the frozen peas and the stewed tomatoes mix and let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Enjoy!

This recipe is a quick easy meal.  You may vary up the vegetables you add.
It freezes well for leftovers too.
